ETST- .400, .750, 1.10 Heavy Dual Wall adhesive tubing is the same high quality U.S. made tubing developed for ESP's quality splice kits SP2B-HD through SP#4/0-HD series. This tubing is used in cable repair and splicing applications and will provide an insulation thickness of at least that required by IPCEA and NEMA specifications for cross-linked polyethylene insulated wire and cable. ESP's preferred method of cross-linked provides greater split resistance, even when overheated, than that of competitor products. This Tubing has Blue Thermal-Chromatic heat indicator markings to insure a perfect splice on every application. The blue indicator markings melt and disappear when the proper heat is applied and insures an even and complete seal eliminating any voids and/or burning of the shrink tube material.
